Afterschool Director
SHADES of Development is a non-profit afterschool program that provides learning-based educational programming. We operate in 14 schools across Knox County. This position is for Site Director of the SHADES Afterschool Program at Mill Creek Elementary School.At SHADES of Development, the Site Director is the heart of each SHADES of Development program. The quality of care provided to the children at each center is determined by the Site Director. In order to maintain the highest quality program, the Site Director must be knowledgeable and demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and creative thinking skills.
