Responsibilities Administration of medications Accurate documentation of medication administration Providing resident care aligned with Sunrise's mission to champion the quality of life for all seniors Ensuring the highest level of service and care in accordance with Sunrise policies and all federal, state, and local regulations Qualifications Active LPN , LVN , or state-specific nursing license Required certifications must be maintained (state dependent) Minimum age: 18 years At least 6 months of experience with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care Strong desire to serve and care for seniors Ability to make sound decisions in the resident's best interest Ability to remain calm in challenging situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective at handling multiple priorities Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
