The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to lead cross-functional projects that accelerate growth and enhance operational integration, particularly in the context of the company's substantial M&A-driven growth. This executive will be responsible for overseeing large-scale M&A integration efforts, developing and tracking key initiatives, and identifying opportunities for operational and commercial improvements. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a close working relationship with finance, operations, and sales leadership, and to support the company's continued M&A pipeline. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate strategy, operational leadership, and ideally top-tier consulting, with a preference for those with exposure to manufacturing or industrial companies. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred), a proven track record in leading transformational initiatives, and experience in M&A transactions and post-merger integration. The ideal candidate will have strong financial, analytical, and project management skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
