This role acts as the central point of coordination—ensuring the right In-home Sales Representatives are assigned to the right opportunities to maximize revenue and efficiency. What We OfferWeekly pay via direct depositPaid training and onboardingInsurance available after 31 days (low-cost medical plans available)Dental, vision, HSA/FSA401(k) with company match13 days PTO + 8 paid holidaysCompany-paid life insuranceClean office environment with modern toolsCareer advancement within a national service network Responsibilities: What You’ll DoRoute incoming sales leads to the appropriate In-home Sales Representatives based on location, availability, and opportunity valueManage and prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunitiesCoordinate scheduling between customers and sales representativesMonitor lead flow and adjust assignments to ensure balanced coverage and productivityFollow up on unsold estimates and open opportunitiesCommunicate with field sales reps to ensure alignment on schedules and expectationsTrack activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting needsProvide a high level of customer service through outbound and inbound communication Qualifications: What You Need2+ years of Dispatch, Customer Services (inbound/outbound) or Sales Coordinator experienceStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in an in-office, phone-heavy roleFlexible availability for assigned shifts and occasional weekendsProficiency with computer systems and scheduling tools This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
