Senior Project Manager – R&D / Medical DeviceWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Consumables R&D organization across Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management business units. This role will manage complex cross-functional projects in an FDA-regulated environment and partner with teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.Responsibilities:• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project documentation• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites• Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders• Support design control activities and manufacturing processes• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree required• 4+ years of Project Management experience• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment• Knowledge of project management methodologies• Familiarity with design controls and manufacturing processes• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePointPreferred:• Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience• PMP certification is a plus
