Desktop Support Engineer
Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-touch, white glove IT support within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with years of hands-on desktop support experience who thrives in smaller teams, communicates confidently with end users, and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.Desktop Support Engineer's Responsibilities and DutiesProvide white glove desktop and end-user support to internal employees, including executivesTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in person and remotelyManage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active DirectorySupport Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointAdminister device management and endpoint security through IntuneDesktop Support Engineer's Qualifications and SkillsAt least 3 years of IT or Desktop Support experienceStrong preference for candidates with experience in financial services or trading environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetProven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and IntuneComfortable providing support in a white glove, high-expectation setting
