Responsibilities include frequent interactions with management and staff. Autonomy and leadership functions are inherent to this position. The Clinical Education/Simulation Training Specialist provides strategically aligned education/training to achieve outcomes consistent with Broward Health orientation, training, competence and performance goals. Education: Essential: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, MSN Preferred. Eligible for ASN program (BSN degree required) or BSN program (MSN required) adjunct clinical faculty appointment with local nursing academic partners. Experience: Computer literacy and electronic documentation skills required. Essential: Three years of acute care clinical experience. Two years human resource training/education experience preferred.
