We're hiring 40 Manufacturing Operators between January and March. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a clean, regulated production environment, this is a great opportunity to join a team that builds high-quality medical devices used worldwide.Shift:2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.What You'll DoPerform hands-on assembly, inspection, and testing of medical device componentsWork under established procedures to ensure accuracy and product qualityUse microscopes and small hand tools to handle delicate partsFollow safety guidelines and maintain cleanroom-appropriate attireMaintain accurate documentation for quality and traceabilitySupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesCommunicate clearly with supervisors and team membersPerform additional duties as assignedWhat You NeedAt least 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical experience is a plus)Not seeking warehouse, forklift, or Amazon-type backgroundsAbility to pass an eye exam and color-vision testProficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and training participation)Comfortable using microscopes and following detailed proceduresAbility to read, write, and interpret instructions and documentationBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hoursAbility to bend, twist, squat, crawl, climb, push, or pull as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStrong visual acuity (close, distance, color, depth perception, focus)Must follow strict dress-code and cleanroom requirementsWhy This Role MattersYou'll be part of a team that produces life-saving medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, and related components.
