To apply, please include your resume and email it to engineering-careers@mechadyne.com: Drafter/Designer 4-6 years of experience related to mechanical & electrical detailed design & drafting. Applicant will be expected to work under the direct supervision of other engineers to assist in creating detailed engineering drawings as well as reviewing drawings for correct and complete data prior to final release to manufacturing. Applicant must possess a solid understanding of drafting principles and documentation including BOM generation and usage, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and drawing redlining and revisions. Applicant should be knowledgeable of common manufacturing processes as it relates to mechanical detailing and dimensioning and possess a general understanding of electrical schematics to be proficient with electrical drafting support required by this position. Applicant must be proficient working in both 2D and 3D drawings and models and possess extensive knowledge and experience with the following: AutoCAD, Mechanical, Inventor & Electrical Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access MRP/ERP software for data entry (Direct experience with Made2Manage a plus)
