*Position Summary: * The CMM Programmer is responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing coordinate measuring machine programs to support dimensional inspection of aerospace components. This role plays a key part in ensuring inspection of accuracy, product conformity, and manufacturing quality performance. *Position Responsibilities:* * Create, validate, and maintain CMM programs for complex aerospace parts and assemblies (need information about which software like PCDMS) * Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and inspection plans to ensure dimensional compliance * Support first article, in-process, and final inspection activities * Troubleshoot inspection issues and improve measurement efficiency, repeatability, and program robustness * Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve dimensional discrepancies and support corrective actions. * Ability to work with tight tolerances and quality-critical components; experience supporting production and inspection operations in a precision manufacturing setting *Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):* * Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with 4-6 years of relevant exp. * Aerospace manufacturing or MRO experience; familiarity with common CMM software platforms and metrology best practices; experience supporting high-mix or fast-turnaround inspection environments. Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
