By joining Jacobs, you'll commit to supporting and engaging with these teams, as we work to build a company like no other.Here's what you'll be doing:Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic studies, including the analysis of data and preparation of reportsDevelop and implement water resource management plans, floodplain management plans, and stormwater management plansDesign and oversee the construction of water management infrastructure projects, including stormwater management systems, floodplain mapping, and floodplain modelingPerform quality control and quality assurance checks on project deliverablesProvide technical guidance and support to project teams, clients, and stakeholdersMaintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulations related to water managementPrepare project cost estimates, schedules, and proposalsHere's what you'll needBachelor's degreeor higherin Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering.10+ years ofintensivedesign experience.Project managementand team leadingexperienceisa bonus.Professional Engineer (PE) license.Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.Expertise inGeographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques.Knowledge of climate changeimpactswater resources.Strong understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles and methodologies.Experience with computer modeling and simulation software, including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, PCSWMM, XPSWMM, and/orInfoWorksICM and ArcGIS.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.Self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, top-notch organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironmentPosted Salary Range: Minimum97,700.00Posted Salary Range: Upper140,000.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
