Our national network of clinicians breaks through traditional barriers by meeting members in their homes.ResponsibilitiesAbout the RoleConduct adult/geriatric assessments including medical history, diagnosis, treatment plans, health education, referrals, case‐management, follow‐up and documentation.Administer and order point‐of‐care and laboratory testing as needed.Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel.Provide services at the member's home or skilled nursing facility.Schedule visits flexibly from Sunday through Saturday, 8 am–7 pm, based on your availability.Benefits of Working at MatrixFlexibility – Schedule visits based on your availability; day, evening, or weekend shifts.Competitive Pay – Earn $1,800–$11,500 per month depending on number of completed assessments (rate $90–$115 per assessment). Potential to increase earnings with greater availability and travel.Benefits – Mileage reimbursement, 401(k), employee referral bonuses, and limited voluntary benefits.Education and Support – Comprehensive onboarding, a preceptor, 1:1 feedback, and free access to continuing education.Additional Licensure – Support for obtaining additional state licensure or credentialing in neighboring states as needed.Full‐Time Opportunities – PRN providers may transition to full‐time roles with a sign‐on bonus.QualificationsMaster's Degree (or equivalent experience) and successful NP licensure.Current NP licensure in state of practice with prescription authority (or ability to obtain prescriptive authority).Board certification in AANP, AACN, or ANCC (Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care).Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.1 year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance coverage in state of residence.Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Insurance CoverageBodily Injury: $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incidentProperty Damage: $50,000Collision and comprehensive deductibles: $1,000 or lessMatrix Medical Network is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
