Job Description General Maintenance TechnicianKoss Property Maintenance is looking for a dependable and motivated General Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can work independently while managing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple properties.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping keep properties clean, functional, and tenant-ready.Responsibilities:Complete general maintenance and repair tasksAssist with apartment/unit turns between tenantsHandle tenant maintenance work orders in a timely mannerPainting, patching, and basic drywall repairsJunk removal and general property clean-upGeneral lawn care and exterior upkeepLight plumbing repairs and fixture replacementsBasic troubleshooting and minor repairsMaintain organized tools, supplies, and work areasTravel between multiple property locations as neededQualifications & Skills:Prior maintenance, handyman, construction, or property maintenance experience preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailReliable transportation and valid driver's license requiredComfortable using basic tools and equipmentAbility to lift, move, and carry materials as neededStrong communication and professionalism with tenants and team membersDependable, punctual, and committed to quality workWhat We're Looking For:Someone reliable who shows up and follows throughA self-starter who can manage their day independentlyA team member who cares about quality and customer serviceSomeone willing to help where needed and grow with the companyPosition Details:Flexible scheduling may be availableTravel between properties is requiredPay based on experienceOpportunity for growth as the company expandsCompany Description Why Work for Koss Property Maintenance?At Koss Property Maintenance, you are not just another employee number.
