Marketer

We are looking for a Marketer to join our team. We are a water mitigation company specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation. Compensation is base salary plus commissions. Your job will be to make connections with insurance agents or other insurance related contacts that can refer us work when the need arises. We need someone who is organized, good at follow up, and interested in building long lasting relationships. The main parts of this job include: Finding qualified referral partners Getting referral partners to agree to send us jobs Maintaining strong relationships with referral partners Updating referral partners with the status of their job Being available for calls or text messages from referral partners Reporting weekly on your progress Being someone that people want to refer work to Perks of the job include access to a company Top Golf membership and taking referral partners to lunch and breakfast and other events.
