U.S. citizenship required.LOCATION: PM TRASYS Orlando Offices, Orlando, FLABOUT THE ROLETSI is hiring an Integrated Master Scheduler supporting PM TRASYS at Marine Corps Systems Command in Orlando, Florida. In the defense industry, this work is performed under a variety of titles — Integrated Program Planner, Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst, and Schedule Analyst — and experience from any of these roles translates directly. PM TRASYS is the Marine Corps' executive agent responsible for the acquisition and life-cycle support of ground training systems, devices, and training support services, fielding simulators, range systems, live training instrumentation, and distributed learning capabilities that directly enable Marine Corps expeditionary readiness and combat effectiveness.In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across the PM TRASYS multi-program portfolio, supporting government program managers and product managers across three product management groups. Your schedule products will directly support milestone reviews, acquisition decisions, and execution reporting that drives Marine Corps training modernization.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for PM TRASYS acquisition and sustainment programs using Microsoft ProjectPerform critical path analysis and schedule status tracking to identify risks and execution issues across the PM TRASYS portfolioDevelop schedule metrics, milestone look-ahead reports, and status summaries for PM TRASYS leadership and MARCORSYSCOM stakeholdersPrepare schedule, health briefings, and Gantt products for program reviews, In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and milestone eventsCoordinate scheduling activities across PM TRASYS product management groupsInterface with government program managers and contractor representatives to collect status inputs and resolve schedule conflictsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree3–6 years supporting DoD program schedules or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in a defense acquisition or sustainment environmentProficiency in Microsoft Project, schedule development, baseline management, and Gantt reportingExperience supporting program reviews, milestone briefings, or status reporting with scheduled productsExperience performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and what-if schedule modeling in Microsoft ProjectProficiency in Microsoft Excel for schedule data tracking, status reporting, and summary productsProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, briefing support, and professional communicationsFamiliarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle phases and milestone review processesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience supporting the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), PM TRASYS, or a DoD training systems acquisition program officeFamiliarity with DoD milestone review processes (Milestone A/B/C) and ACAT program requirementsPrior U.S. military service in program management, logistics, operations, or administrative support rolesNote to Transitioning Service Members:If you supported scheduling, program planning, acquisition management, logistics, or operations in a Marine Corps, Navy, Army, or Air Force program office, this role may be a strong fit. Military experience with IMS, POAM, JCIDS, or PPBE processes is directly applicable.
