Job Opportunity: UrogynecologistOur organization is on the lookout for a skilled, fellowship-trained, board-eligible/certified urogynecologist to enhance our expanding practice at the Riverside University Health System in Moreno Valley, CA. The Women’s Health Center at this site features a team of 8 generalist Ob/Gyns, alongside a comprehensive high-risk service supported by 3 fellowship-trained Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists and a full Gynecologic Oncology division.In this role, you will have the chance to cater to a diverse urogynecologic patient population at a Level I trauma center, which serves as the tertiary care facility for Riverside County. As a member of our faculty group, you will hold an appropriate faculty appointment and collaborate with residents from the Ob/Gyn residency program. The outpatient facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC), providing excellent access to various support services.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with another urogynecologist in a newly constructed office building featuring an outpatient surgery center connected to the inpatient facility via a skybridge.Utilize a fully equipped urodynamic testing room and participate in a rapidly growing DaVinci Robotics program at the hospital.Engage with residents and medical students, sharing a home-based call schedule that rarely necessitates after-hours hospital visits.Explore research opportunities, fully supported by Institutional Review Board (IRB) and statistical resources.QualificationsCompletion of an ACGME accredited Urogynecology and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship by the time of employment.Possession of a valid California medical license and DEA registration.Working ConditionsThis position is situated in a vibrant area with access to mountains, skiing, beaches, and various sports and entertainment venues, making it an appealing choice for both individuals and families considering relocation.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this role ranges from $360,000 to $400,000, adjusted according to years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
