This position plays a pivotal role in actively providing value to Zayo Networks and requires an individual with diverse analytical skills and interests. If you enjoy a challenge and are looking to fine-tune your skills, this is the career opportunity you are looking for.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain in-depth analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting of financial and business performancePrepare and maintain monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and reporting records of financial and business performance to support company-wide financial and operational goals, initiatives and objectivesAssist with month-end and quarter-end close and reporting responsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of presentations (internal and external) of financial and operational business results and analysisMaintain data fidelity in our financial databasesAssist in internal spend analysis, providing detailed budget performance for ExecutivesPresenting to senior leadership, including SVP of Finance, CFO and other C-level leadersOther financial and operational analysis and duties as neededQualificationsBachelors degree in finance or business.Typically, this role is for recent graduates or individuals with a few years of prior experience in FP&A (1-2+ years years).Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Professional demeanor; self-accountableAbility to manage a high-volume of workload efficiently and effectivelyAttention to detail is a mustGood communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsAbility to work extended hours (some evenings and weekends, when necessary) and achieve results in a deadline driven environmentHigh energy individual with strong work ethic and ability to multitaskMust be a self-motivator with a "We can" attitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality of information when neededAdaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that could be ambiguousEstimated base salary range: $61,100 - $80,000 USD/annually. LI-EC1 The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan.
