PCC Production Operator-1

Key AccountabilitiesOperate designated production equipment to execute manufacturing processes.Select, move, and load raw materials or intermediates into production machinery.Interpret bills of materials and formula specifications to ensure correct quantities and sequencing.Manufacture products safely, efficiently, and in accordance with process instructions and quality standards.Read and interpret control instruments; maintain accurate and organized operational records.Complete all required quality tests to verify final product quality.Monitor equipment performance, identify process improvements, and report production data accurately.Maintain records for production activities, raw material deliveries, quality samples, and equipment performance.Prepare product packaging for downstream processing or final shipment.Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of laboratory instruments.Follow all internal safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.Perform additional duties as assigned.Maintain a clean, safe, and clutter‑free work environment.Understand significant QSHE aspects and impacts related to the role, including legal requirements and emergency procedures.Apply the Corporate Sustainability Policy and Integrated Management System (IMS) to continuously improve QSHE performance.Other duties as assigned,EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience5 years of industrial or manufacturing experience in a chemical or related fieldExperience in a maintenance role within manufacturing or related operationsKnowledge & SkillsBasic computer skills; laboratory experience preferredBasic chemistry knowledge preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, including operating the facility independently during nights/weekendsAbility to work indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dirt, noise)Must possess current US employment authorization; sponsorship not available for this position.EOE
