Plan and supervise camper activities that contribute to camp goals and individual camper development. The group leader is responsible for planning, teaching and overseeing activities of their individual group. In addition, he/she shall be responsible and for maintaining the physical and emotional safety of the campers. All group leaders will be responsible for general camp supervision as well as evaluating campers, junior staff and the camp program itself.
