Clinical Relationship Manager

Are you passionate about relationship‑building and helping nurses thrive while on assignment?We’re looking for a Clinical Relationship Manager to support our travel healthcare professionals (HCPs) after placement and throughout their assignment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to support person, solving problems, and building long‑term relationships.As a Clinical Relationship Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals once they’re on assignment. Your focus will be on proactive support, issue resolution, and retention - helping ensure assignments run smoothly and setting up successful extensions or redeployments.This is a relationship‑driven, retention‑focused role.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting HCPs on AssignmentServe as the main point of contact for travel HCPs post‑placementConduct regular check‑ins by phone, text, and emailResolve day‑to‑day issues (facility concerns, scheduling, housing coordination, etc.)Advocate for HCPs and escalate issues when neededDriving Retention & ExtensionsTrack assignment end dates and begin extension conversations 4–6 weeks outIdentify HCPs open to extensions or rebookingPartner with recruiters to coordinate extensions and resubmissionsTeam & Systems CollaborationWork closely with recruiting, credentialing, and compliance teamsMaintain accurate records and notes in the ATS/CRMSpot trends that impact HCP satisfaction and retentionRequirements:1–3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, account management, care coordination, or customer successStrong verbal communication and relationship‑building skillsHigh attention to detail and comfort managing multiple relationshipsAbility to handle sensitive conversations and problem‑solve effectivelyNice to HaveExperience in travel nursing or allied healthcare staffingFamiliarity with ATS/CRM systemsBackground in retention, client success, or account managementPluto Healthcare Is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and welcomes all to apply.
