The Mechanic will be responsible for performing inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance on boats and vehicles. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting vehicle systems, conducting routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.QualificationsStrong skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & RepairProficiency in diagnosing and Troubleshooting mechanical issues effectivelyAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in repairs and serviceAbility to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectivelyValid driver’s license is requiredPrior experience working with boats, RVs, or similar vehicles is a plus
