Opti Staffing Group is currently hiring Temporary Construction Laborers to assist with short-term and project-based assignments throughout Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley.These roles are ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience, earn competitive pay, and get their foot in the door with reputable construction companies. Our team understands the fast-paced nature of construction and works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the right fit.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Assist with general labor tasks on active construction sitesLoad, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipmentSupport skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and operatorsPerform site clean-up, debris removal, and basic site prepDig trenches, sweep, and maintain organized job sitesOperate basic hand and power tools under supervisionFollow all safety protocols and directions from site supervisorsREQUIREMENTS:Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shiftReliable transportation and consistent attendanceStrong work ethic and ability to follow instructionsPrevious construction or general labor experience preferred but not requiredBasic knowledge of tools and safety practices is a plus
