Divisional Sales Manager

Divisional Sales Manager This position is responsible for the sale of Pro-Vigil services in a specified region or majorgeographical area and provides ongoing support and management of Pro-Vigil SalesRepresentatives within the region.Responsibilities● Provides quality leadership for Pro-Vigil’s customers in all assigned tasks, whileupholding Pro-Vigil’s values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving,facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.● Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Pro-Vigil services as they aresold into all customer segments within Region.● Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.● Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to Pro-Vigil’s customers.● Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.● Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agendapreparation.● Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest tocustomers.● Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment andcustomer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.● Manages the Sales Representatives regarding performance, coaching, mentoring, andcareer development.● Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.● Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain thisvision.● Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifying trends thataffect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.● Report to and work with the Chief Revenue Officer on sales initiatives and goals.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities● Proven leadership skills● Strong business acumen● Demonstrates record of achievement in a supervisory or management role, preferablyleading a sales team● Working knowledge of construction companies and dealerships within an assigned salesterritory is desired● Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position● Strong closing skills● Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skill● Strong interpersonal skills● Team player, collaborative● Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the featuresand benefits to customers● Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high growth environment● Ability to follow directions and accepted methods/practices while also helping to define,develop and implement new methods/practices● High level of ownership and accountability● Proven capability to get things done and to achieve results● Excellent organization and time management capabilities● Computer literate with knowledge of and proficiency in Salesforce.Com CRM, andGoogle Suite of applications.Requirements● Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business management preferred● 5+ years’ experience in a sales management role● Surveillance sales preferred● Able and willing to travel 50% of the time Working Conditions and Physical Effort● The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouchor crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds andoccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this jobinclude close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception andability to adjust focus.
