Team members are expected to work in their local office three days per week.LexisNexis’ Legal News division (Law360/Law360 Pulse/MLex) is looking for a dedicated audience engagement manager who can help deepen and grow subscriber engagement with our journalism.The person will be part of a new audience team, working with Law360, Law360 Pulse and MLex media brands. You will be a key partner for editorial teams and work closely with marketing and product teams.This is a newly created position with the opportunity to make a significant impact as we build this team from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze article and newsletter performance across platforms to understand what resonates with readers.Translate complex data into concise insights that support editorial decision-making.Help shape editorial strategies to maximize audience impactTrack audience behavior by product, region, channel, and topic to uncover growth opportunities.Identify high-performing formats, topics, and tones, and share insights.Write clear, jargon-free performance reports that explain why certain content succeeds.Design, run, and interpret A/B headline tests.Collaborate with product, marketing, and editorial teams on content promotion strategies.Help build trust and understanding of engagement metrics across the newsroom.RequirementsBe a curious, analytical person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Experience in audience development, digital marketing, or content analytics.Experience in a newsroom, media, or editorial analytics environment highly preferred.Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Parse.ly, Chartbeat.Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate insights in plain, accessible language.Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results preferred.Awareness of legal-industry audience preferences and sensitivities.Exceptional analytical skills and excellent written communication.Solid collaboration skills.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
