What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define and implement sales strategies for a customer portfolio in collaboration with strategic partner GE Aerospace
Lead sales campaigns from opportunity identification to contract signature
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
Coordinate with internal teams and GE Aerospace for alignment on campaign strategies
Identify new business opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline and improve performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or aftersales roles, with at least 5 years in the aerospace industry
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel frequently across the Americas and internationally
Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
