Senior Python Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own the complete software development lifecycle—from design and architecture to deployment and observability. You will build modern web applications and async document-processing workflows, pairing AI tools with deterministic business logic.Required Technical Skills:Frontend: 3+ years React & TypeScript, modern state management (TanStack Query/Router), Tailwind CSS/Radix UI, Vite/Webpack.Backend: 3+ years Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy ORM, Pydantic, async/await concurrent programming.Databases: PostgreSQL, schema design, data modeling, relational + document paradigms.Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SQS) or Azure, Docker, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD.AI & OCR: LLM integrations (OpenAI SDK/LangChain), OCR & document extraction pipelines.Professional Skills & Qualifications:Consulting Mindset: Strong customer focus and ability to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders.Ownership & Agile: Track record of driving features end-to-end in Agile environments.Nice-to-Haves: Queue-based architectures, modern Python tools (uv, Poetry), financial/enterprise domain experience.
