Facility Operator/Facility Laborer - 100% Benefits Paid

NO HOUSING PROVIDED. Pay is dependent on experience. Facility Operator Responsibilities: Operate plant equipment safely while performing processes directed by the Lead Facility Operator. Responsible for truck unloading and tanker washouts of supervacs & vac trucks Supporting Lead Facility Operator in daily pressure pumping operations. Inspect, monitor, and maintain plant equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform general cleaning duties daily. Be willing and able to learn the plant processes and associated papework. Requirements: 1+ years of oilfield related experience. Knowledge of oilfield practices and procedures a plus. Applicants must possess a valid Driver’s License. A motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements preferred. Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel id preferred and general knowledge of safety reporting and JSA's. Essential Duties: Able to communicate effectively with others. Able to pass background check and drug screen. Able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, long work days, and/or irregular work hours, be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weather conditions. Sound organization and time management skills. Maintains effective working relationship with other employees. Education Required: Must have high school diploma or equivalent education.
