Family Physician - No OB - Full Time and Part Time Options

Family PhysicianMaple City Health Care Center (MCHCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to improving our community's health by making quality comprehensive healthcare accessible to all. The Family Physician is a member of a cross-disciplinary team that includes health care providers, medical assistants, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other support staff. The Family Physician supports the mission and values of Maple City Health Care Center (MCHCC) by providing primary care to patients of all ages and genders.
