Project Manager For Sap S/4hana TransformationOur client is a national consumer goods company undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation as part of a broader enterprise modernization initiative. The program is supported by a central Program Management Office (PMO), a dedicated Program Manager, and multiple system integrators. To support execution, the organization is seeking experienced Project Managers to own and drive individual workstreams within the overall program. These Project Managers will be responsible for day-to-day delivery, coordination, and risk management while partnering closely with the Program Manager and functional stakeholders. This role is ideal for Project Managers who are confident managing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and risks, and who can operate effectively within a complex, multi-vendor SAP environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage one or more workstreams within the SAP S/4HANA programDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependenciesCoordinate activities across functional teams, system integrators, and internal stakeholdersIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies early and escalate appropriately to the Program ManagerTrack progress against plan and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scopeFacilitate workstream meetings, status updates, and action item trackingEnsure alignment with overall program governance, methodology, and cadenceSupport integration points across other SAP workstreams and related initiativesMaintain project documentation, RAID logs, and reporting artifactsOperate effectively in a structured SAP program environment while remaining adaptable to changeRequired Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within large, complex programsPrior experience supporting SAP implementations or ERP transformations (S/4HANA preferred, ECC acceptable)Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including:Task and dependency managementRisk and issue identificationStakeholder communicationEscalation and governanceExperience working with multiple vendors or system integratorsAbility to operate confidently without being the SAP functional expertStrong organizational, communication, and documentation skillsComfortable working remotely with distributed teamsPreferred (Not Required)Familiarity with SAP RISE methodologyExposure to PMO-led or transformation-scale programsPMP, Agile, or similar project management certificationsWhat This Role Is / Is NotA hands-on delivery-focused Project ManagerResponsible for executing a defined scope within a larger programFocused on coordination, execution, and risk managementThis role is not:A Program Manager roleAn SAP functional or technical SME roleA pure reporting or administrative PM roleWhy This OpportunityLong-term 1224 month engagement on a high-visibility transformationWork within a well-structured SAP S/4HANA programRemote flexibilityOpportunity to gain deep experience in enterprise-scale ERP transformation
