The practice is Chambers-ranked and consistently recognized by Vault and other leading legal industry benchmarks for excellence in labor and employment law.This is an ideal role for attorneys who enjoy sophisticated work but are seeking a more sustainable environment and a clearer path to long-term development.What You Will DoYou will work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including:Employment litigation in state and federal courtsAdvice and counseling for employers on day-to-day workforce issuesDiscrimination, harassment, and retaliation mattersWage and hour compliance and disputesDrafting employment policies, agreements, and handbooksClient-facing responsibilities with increasing autonomy over timeWhat Makes This Role DifferentThis is not a high-volume, siloed associate position.
