As we continue to expand our brand portfolio, we are looking for a marketing professional to help bring new products to market and strengthen our presence within core categories.The Associate Brand Manager will play a hands-on role in supporting brand strategy and execution within the pasta category. This individual will work closely with senior marketing leadership to help manage new product launches, support retail initiatives, and contribute to day-to-day brand operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Launch SupportAssist in gathering inputs for new product concepts including product positioning, pricing structure, and packaging directionSupport development of volume assumptions and demand inputs for innovation projectsCoordinate cross-functional meetings to keep development projects on trackPartner with product development, manufacturing, and sales teams to support commercialization effortsHelp prepare customer-facing materials for new product presentationsMaintain visibility into launch timelines and key milestonesPackaging & Brand ExecutionSupport preparation of creative direction documents for design teamsAssist in managing packaging updates, revisions, and approval cyclesHelp coordinate feedback between internal stakeholders and external creative partnersEnsure all packaging aligns with brand identity guidelines and retailer specificationsRetail & Shopper Marketing SupportAssist in executing in-store marketing programs across key retail accountsSupport development and distribution of point-of-sale materials such as signage and shelf communication toolsHelp coordinate sampling programs, demos, and field marketing activitiesSupport execution of digital retail promotions and couponing programsTrack performance of shopper marketing initiatives and summarize resultsSales Enablement & Customer SupportPartner with sales teams to help build customer-ready presentations and sell-in materialsMaintain updated product information across retail and distributor systemsAssist in reviewing category performance and identifying growth opportunitiesSupport account-specific marketing programs and initiativesData Analysis & Market TrackingReview syndicated and retailer data to identify performance trends and category shiftsMonitor competitive product launches, pricing changes, and promotional activityAssist in preparing performance summaries for brand reviews and leadership updatesSupport creation of data-driven presentations and insightsOperations & Project CoordinationHelp manage project timelines, trackers, and marketing calendarsCoordinate with supply chain and planning teams to align forecasts and inventory needsAssist in monitoring marketing expenses identifying efficiency opportunitiesContribute to improving internal workflows and process organizationQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA a plus1–3 years of experience in marketing, consumer goods, or related environment (internships included)Strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with comfort working through data and trendsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointJ-18808-Ljbffr
