The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to ensure optimal operations of industrial machinery. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety protocols, keeping maintenance logs, and collaborating with the shop to minimize downtime.QualificationsHands-on experience with Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceProficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance practicesSkills in Maintenance & Repair of machinery and mechanical systemsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsWillingness to work on-site and handle physical tasksPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plusTechnical certification or degree in a related field is preferred
