Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (DOE) + Benefits + Vehicle Package

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage all phases of complex water infrastructure construction projects
Oversee project staffing, safety plans, and budget control activities
Serve as the primary point of contact with senior leadership and clients
Facilitate bid package development, preconstruction coordination, and project risk analysis
Conduct RFIs, preconstruction meetings, and ensure schedule alignment
Guide procurement, long-lead items analysis, and subcontractor performance
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Manage project close-out, documentation, and resolution of claims or change orders
What You Bring
10+ years of project management experience, ideally in water or utility infrastructure
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Expertise in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and field supervision
Successful track record managing large multidisciplinary project teams
Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused mindset
Familiarity with construction documentation, risk management, and financial reporting
Willingness to travel or relocate within the Southwest for major project needs
