The SMT Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Mycronic/Mydata Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment. The role involves operating SMT equipment, loading and unloading components and PCBs, inspecting assembled boards, and conducting regular equipment maintenance. The SMT Operator will ensure the production of high-quality PCB assemblies while adhering to company standards and production schedules.QualificationsExperience in operating SMT equipmentProficiency in inspecting PCB assemblies and performing quality assurance tasksKnowledge of electronic components and understanding of circuit board assembly processesStrong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and perform equipment maintenanceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to strictly adhere to safety and quality standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics or assembly are a plusFamiliarity with ISO standards and ITAR compliance is a strong advantageExcellent communication and teamwork skills
