Kitchen Operations Coordinator
The Longue Vue Club, a premier private country club located in Verona, PA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Coordinator to join our distinguished team. With over 100 years of tradition, Longue Vue Club is known for its exceptional service and world-class facilities. We are looking for a candidate who will uphold our commitment to excellence and contribute to an outstanding culinary experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Coordination: Efficiently organize and prioritize food tickets, ensuring timely and accurate communication with line cooks to maintain a seamless flow of dishes from the kitchen to the table.
Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of presentation, portion size, and consistency, as set by the Executive Chef.
Supervision and Organization: Oversee and coordinate the activities of dishwashers and other non-cooking kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Sanitation and Supplies Management: Manage kitchen cleanliness, approve requisition of cleaning supplies, and ensure adherence to sanitation and hygiene standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee kitchen equipment repair and maintenance, ensuring all tools are in proper working order.
Buffet Setup: Lead the setup of buffets, ensuring all elements are prepared and presented to perfection.

Qualifications:
Experience: A background in a high-end restaurant or private club, with roles such as Chef, Sous Chef, General Manager, or Assistant General Manager.
Supervisory Experience: 2-3 years of experience supervising kitchen operations and staff.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
Character: A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
