$30-$35/Hour E-Commerce Supervisor Needed!

We are a 3PL company located in the city of Carson, CA. We are currently looking for a 1st shift E-Commerce Supervisor leads day-to-day direct-to-consumer, ensuring every order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately, on time, and to client and marketplace standards. The Supervisor is the first escalation point for order issues, inventory discrepancies, and carrier exceptions, and partners with Customer Service to keep clients informed and satisfied. Duties and responsibilities Plan and release daily order waves; balance labor across picking, packing, and shipping to meet same-day ship cut-offs and client SLAs. Oversee small-parcel manifesting (UPS, FedEx, USPS, regional carriers), rate-shop compliance, end-of-day close-outs, and carrier pickups. Track individual productivity (units/hour, orders/hour) and quality; deliver feedback and support progressive coaching with HR. Train new hires on SOPs, pack specs, and system transactions; verify certification before Investigate shorts, mis-picks, and cycle-count variances; process inventory adjustments with proper documentation and approval. Monitor storefront/marketplace integrations (e.g., Shopify) for order sync errors, mapping issues, and inventory feed discrepancies; escalate to IT/Systems as needed. Execute client-specific pack-out requirements: branded packaging, inserts, gift messaging, kitting/VAS, and lot/expiry controls. Support Customer Service on order status inquiries, expedites, and claims with timely, accurate floor-level information. Produce daily/weekly KPI reporting orders shipped, fill rate, on time %, accuracy, UPH, and labor hours vs. plan. Qualifications and skills 5+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role in e-commerce or D2C fulfillment. Working knowledge of WMS platforms (Extensiv/3PL Central preferred), small-parcel shipping systems, and scan-based workflows. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for daily reporting Strong math, attention to detail, and problem-solving under daily cut-off pressure. Able to communicate clearly with associates, clients, and management; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. 3PL or multi-client fulfillment experience; familiarity with Shopify, marketplace routing, and EDI basics.
