The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating impactful visual content to support branding, marketing campaigns, and internal communication efforts. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics, developing cohesive branding materials, creating logos, and employing typography to convey desired messages. The role requires collaborating with teams to generate creative solutions and align designs with the organization's values.ResponsibilitiesVisual Brand Stewardship Own and advance OneAscent's visual identity across all entities by maintaining brand standards and developing templates Ensure designed materials reflect values-aligned positioning with cohesive, professional aestheticsCreative Asset ProductionDesign and produce high-quality creative assets for marketing, sales, and advisor support including social graphics, email visuals, event materials, and presentationsDeliver work on time and on brandVisual Storytelling Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex financial and values-aligned concepts into clear, engaging visuals Continuously improve design quality by staying current on tools, trends, and best practicesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or other related field3-5 years of professional design experienceExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work and visual storytellingAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Financial services or B2B design experience Motion graphics or video editing skills Web design experience (Figma, WordPress) Understanding of marketing and brand strategy
