Under close supervision, perform data entry including attendance, Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data, and grades. Responsible for maintaining student academic records at the campus level under minimal supervision. Process student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals for the campus.Qualifications:Education/Certification:High school diploma or GEDSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processingProficient in keyboarding, 10-key numerical data entry, and file maintenanceAbility to meet established deadlinesExperience:2 years data entry experienceMajor Responsibilities and Duties:Records and ReportsCollect and enter attendance and PEIMS data into established database and verify accuracy according to prescribed procedures.Maintain student records and process requests for student information and transcripts.
