Responsibilities Work on Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Cloud implementation and support Configure compensation plans, quotas, credits, and payments Work with business users to gather compensation requirements Configure plan components, rate tables, and incentive rules Support compensation calculation and payout process Work with Oracle CX Sales Cloud and ERP integrations Prepare reports and dashboards related to compensation Provide production support and issue resolution Required Skills Experience in Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Cloud Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud / CX Cloud Knowledge of compensation plans and commission calculations J-18808-Ljbffr
