Process Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for one of our Clients in Dallas, TX to help scale precision operations for high-performance materials. What You'll DoDevelop and optimize CNC machining and grinding processesImprove tool life, cycle time, and surface finish performanceTroubleshoot machining defects and lead root cause analysisDefine machining parameters, tooling strategies, and quality standardsImplement process controls to reduce scrap and increase throughput?? What We're Looking For3–7 years of experience in machining or manufacturing process engineeringExperience with CNC machining centers and/or precision grindingStrong understanding of tooling, speeds & feeds, and surface finish requirementsProven experience reducing scrap and improving cycle timeComfortable working hands-on in a production environmentA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or related field is required, and experience machining hard or brittle materials, working with CAD/CAM software or familiarity with statistical process control/Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.??
