Restaurant Shift Leader/ Kitchen Manager (full-time) - NORTHEAST HEIGHTS ALBUQUERQUE

Duties: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to customers - Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure timely food and beverage production and service - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Skills: - Previous experience in the catering, hotel, or food service industry is preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of food production processes, bartending techniques, and banquet operations is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
