In this fully remote role, you will ensure the timely delivery of materials and components to support production and project schedules, while proactively managing supplier performance and mitigating supply risks. You will act as a key liaison between suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring continuity of operations across a distributed environment.Job DescriptionManage and track a portfolio of purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and componentsServe as the primary point of contact for supplier delivery performance, coordinating with procurement, planning, and production teams to resolve shortages and delaysMaintain regular communication with suppliers to expedite critical orders and ensure alignment with schedule requirementsDevelop and manage priority lists for high-risk or critical materials to support production continuityProactively identify potential supply risks, delays, or shortages and implement corrective actionsUpdate and maintain ERP/MRP systems with accurate order status, delivery dates, and supplier communicationsAnalyze root causes of late deliveries and drive corrective and preventive actions with suppliersSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier delivery performance and material availabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (procurement, planning, operations) to align supply with demandAssist in logistics coordination and support cost optimization efforts, including freight management when requiredMonitor supplier responsiveness and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolutionSupport supplier performance tracking and reporting, focusing on on-time delivery and reliability metricsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, expediting, or supply chain operationsExperience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsStrong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and material planning processesAdvanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage supplier relationshipsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingAdditional InformationWhy join us?To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company; To have a competitive salary and a great benefits package To access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices; To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals; To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence; To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.
