In this role, you will collaborate with innovative RevOps Strategists and manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, all while sharpening your RevOps expertise. The Impact You Will Have You will join client calls and support setting up HubSpot environments for success. You will help clients develop rock-solid systems to maintain data quality within their databases. You will manage technical aspects of HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on client priorities. You will support the relationship with third-party integration partners (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, GoToWebinar, etc.) and set up integrations within marketing automation & CRM. In collaboration with your team, you will creatively solve technical implementation issues in a variety of technical environments. Your First Year Within 90 Days You Will Efficiently onboard and get up to speed on New Breed processes, deliverables, and planning templates. Get to know your team and the broader Services team members. Dig into our tech stack and get established with our platforms and applications. Earn the certifications required as an Elite HubSpot partner. Learn the ropes from your senior team members while shadowing them on client calls and completing HubSpot client work with their guidance. Within 6 Months You Will Manage new and existing client projects. Collaborate with team members on technical problems. Within 1 Year You Will Continue to deepen your RevOps knowledge. Work with your manager to identify and develop continued learning and training opportunities. About You You’ve got 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot's features and functionalities, particularly in managing operational tasks and workflows. You have a current understanding of inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources. You have data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You're able to distill technical information into digestible insights for clients. You can manage and prioritize your time effectively to execute various projects. You approach change with curiosity and are open to adapting processes to keep pace with the rapidly growing Hubspot ecosystem. You recognize yourself in our Core Values. Additional Role Details Location: You will work remotely from one of the following states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, or be locally based in Vermont.
