Cannabis Nursery ManagerWe seek a skilled and experienced Cannabis Nursery Manager to oversee all aspects of our nursery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, particularly in the cultivation of cannabis plants, and a proven track record of managing successful nursery facilities. Responsibilities:Manage the cannabis nursery's day-to-day operations, includingbut not limited toplanting, cloning, transplanting, watering, feeding, and pest management. Develop and implement cultivation plans and schedules to ensure consistent production and high-quality plant yields. Supervise nursery staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Monitor plant health and growth, identifying and addressing any issues or abnormalities in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments, such as cultivation, research and development, and compliance, to coordinate activities and achieve company objectives. Keep accurate records of nursery activities, including inventory management, plant tracking, and compliance documentation. Develop planting maps based off plant counts. Develop and implement SOP's Train and lead team on all relevant duties and tasks Implement protocols for limiting spread of pests and diseases Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and incorporate this knowledge into nursery operations.
