JCW is looking to hire an experienced Payroll professional to join one of our banking clients in their offices in Midtown Manhattan (near Grand Central). They are looking for someone to come on board for 6 months to cover maternity leave. If you are available to work 3 days per week onsite and have the requisite experience listed below - please apply! Responsibilities Process semi-monthly payroll and maintain related recordsHandle complex payroll issues and provide recommendations for resolutionWork closely with Payroll Service ProviderProvide HR related tactical and administrative assistance and reportingMaintain employee files/records, company Intranet/Org Chart, and Employee DirectoryRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree4+ years of payroll experience in a Bank or Financial InstitutionAvailable to work 3 days onsite in Midtown (near Grand Central)Polite, professional demeanor with the ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality at all times.
