This hybrid role is based in Oakland, CA and requires hands-on field support experience within a large enterprise network environment. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate across IT teams to ensure efficient and reliable IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive desktop and mobile device technical support to internal employees both onsite and remotelyTroubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesFulfill client service requests and assist with IT-related inquiries in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues and system-wide eventsContribute to knowledge base development and process improvement initiativesMandatory SkillsMinimum 1 year of IT computer field support experienceAdvanced desktop hardware troubleshooting skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Intermediate network connectivity troubleshooting experienceIntermediate mobile device support experienceAdvanced peripheral device support skillsStrong customer service and communication abilitiesExperience supporting computing environments within a large enterprise network settingNice-to-Have SkillsExperience contributing to IT infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with ITSM or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or JiraBackground in enterprise IT environments with distributed user bases
