Administrative Executive Assistant Location: City Heights, San Diego, CAPosition Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Executive Assistant to support our client's leadership team in City Heights. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage a variety of administrative duties with discretion and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointmentsCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodationsDraft, proofread, and manage internal and external correspondenceMaintain filing systems and organize digital documentsAssist with meeting logistics, including agendas, notes, and follow-upsSupport project management and team coordination as neededTrack and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlinesServe as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismQualifications:2+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant rolesStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask and work independentlyWorking Hours:Full-timeOnsiteMonday- Friday8:00am-5:00pm PSTDetails:Located in City Heights, San DiegoContract to hire roleCompensation: $22.00 -$28.00 per hour DOEPay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Ciara NortonBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
