This role is execution-focused and responsible for processing, tracking, documentation, and coordination activities that support purchasing workflows, vendor compliance, and operational efficiency.This position operates under established policies and procedures and collaborates closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure procurement activities are completed accurately and on time.This is an Onsite role M-F 9am-6pm.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Operations SupportSupport daily procurement activities, including purchase requisition (PR) tracking and purchase order (PO) coordinationAssist with vendor onboarding, including documentation collection and information verificationMaintain accurate procurement, vendor, and asset records in internal systemsTrack procurement requests, approvals, and fulfillment statusVendor CoordinationSupport basic vendor communications, including documentation follow-ups and information requestsAssist with vendor setup, updates, and record maintenanceEnsure vendor information is accurate and currentDocumentation, Compliance & Audit SupportEnsure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and properly storedSupport internal audits and compliance reviews related to procurement and vendor recordsFollow established procurement policies and proceduresCross-Functional SupportCoordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to support procurement needsProvide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient purchasing processesEducationBachelor's degree required in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldRelevant experience may be considered where applicable, consistent with company standardsExperience3–5 years of total professional experience, with 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing support experience preferredExperience supporting software, SaaS, or services procurement is a plusPrior experience in Electronics, Networking, Telecommunications, or technology-driven industries is preferredSkills & CompetenciesFamiliarity with supplier information collection and vendor qualification processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic negotiation skills appropriate for pricing discussions and renewals within established guidelinesStrong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Reliability & Work StyleDemonstrated reliability, consistency, and accountability in prior rolesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPhysical & Other RequirementsAbility to perform job duties primarily in an office environmentReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsSalary range: $30-40/hr (depending on experience)Free snacks and drinks, and provided lunch on FridaysFully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents)Contributions to 401k fundsBi-annual reviews, and annual pay increasesHealth and wellness benefits, including free gym membershipQuarterly team-building eventsAt TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals who are passionate about their work.
