Job Summary Tidy Coops is on the lookout for a reliable, hardworking part-time Waste Removal Technician ready to join a truly one-of-a-kind team. We specialize in professional backyard chicken coop cleaning. Helping families across the valley maintain healthy, happy flocks and we're proud to offer a service that most people didn't even know they needed. While chicken coop cleaning is our bread and butter, Tidy Coops is actively expanding into broader pet waste removal services. That means the team you're joining is a growing one, and the work you take on has the potential to grow with it. We're building more than a cleaning service, we're building a dependable, community-focused team that shows up, does great work, and takes care of both animals and the people who love them. Duties Travel to customer homes to clean up pet waste Remove pet waste from designated areas using proper safety techniques Use PPE and tools provided (coveralls, gloves, sprayer, etc.) Take before/after photos and log jobs using our app Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers as needed Follow safety and biosecurity protocols (we’ll train you!)
