Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree with a relevant degree in engineering, material science, or relevant field with minimum 7 years applicable industry experience.Master's degree in same fields with 4+ years applicable experienceMust be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Etc.)Demonstration of excellent engineering documentationDemonstrated ability to manage and lead teams on projects of moderate complexity. Ability to interface effectively from the technician level to senior managementJob DescriptionYou will be the Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Stf for the Advanced Sensor Integration Team. Our team is responsible for the development of compound detectors and focal‑plane technologies for semiconductor manufacturing.What You Will Be DoingAs the Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Stf you will be responsible for driving requirements and ownership across key process modules while developing and sustaining high‑performance detector products.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToDrive requirements and ownership across photolithography, etching, deposition, metrology, hybridization, advanced interconnects, and packaging processes.Develop and sustain compound detector products using data‑driven analysis.Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and yield.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate advanced interconnects and packaging solutions.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
